VIKI is a brand of CX Transform Solutions. This notice covers this site, cx-viki.com, and the VIKI list.
What we collect when you sign up
- Your first name, mobile number and email address, and your business name if you give it.
- Whether you ticked the text message box, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
- Which version of these terms you agreed to, the page that referred you if there was one, and your browser type.
How we use it
- To email you that you are on the list.
- To text you from VIKI, only the kinds of texts you agreed to.
- To tell our team a new person has signed up, so we can follow up about VIKI.
Text messages (SMS)
How we get your number: only from you, when you type it into a form on this site. How we use it: we text you only if you tick the text message box, and only about your request: the demo conversation, follow-ups and reminders. We do not send promotional texts. How we protect it: your number and your consent are stored in our secured database, are seen only by CX Transform Solutions staff, and are passed to our text message provider only so it can deliver the texts you asked for.
We will not share, sell or rent your mobile number or your text message consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of joining or buying.
Who can see it
Only CX Transform Solutions staff. We do not sell or rent your information. We use service providers to run the site, send email and deliver texts (our database host, our email provider and our text message provider), and they handle it only to do that work for us.
How long we keep it
Until VIKI opens to you and you decide whether to use it, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be taken off the list, by emailing ervinn@cxtransform.com.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
