Who we are

VIKI is a brand of CX Transform Solutions ("we", "us"). This site, cx-viki.com, is run by CX Transform Solutions. By using this site or joining the list you agree to these terms.

The early-access list

Joining the list is free and does not create an account or any obligation to buy. It does not guarantee access by any date. We may open access in stages, change the product before it opens, or close the list.

Text message program

Program: VIKI by CX Transform Solutions. You only receive texts if you tick the text message box on one of our forms. They are texts about your request: a demonstration conversation with VIKI, follow-ups and appointment reminders. We do not send promotional texts.

How often: message frequency varies. Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP for help, or email ervinn@cxtransform.com. Consent: agreeing to texts is not a condition of joining the list or of buying anything from us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The figures on this site

The results shown for Team Life Academy are that business's own numbers. The revenue slider is an estimate from the numbers you choose, assuming VIKI books one in three leads (people who reach out) and, when you choose "I need leads too", $20 per lead from ads. None of it is a guarantee: results depend on your offer and your market.

Using this site

Please give us accurate details, sign up only for yourself, and do not try to disrupt or misuse the site. We may remove sign-ups that are fake or abusive.

Our liability

This site and the list are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version you agreed to is recorded with your sign-up.
